<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/fUyhKifVnt8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Connected Leading<\/a> philosophy forms an important basis for the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tilburguniversity.edu\/recognitionandrewards\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Recognition &amp; Rewards<\/a> programme. Increasing self-awareness based on the strengths approach is a central element in this philosophy. Other important elements are: reciprocity, feedback and dialogue based on safety, trust and transparency, listening, and alternating leading and following.\u00a0<\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7470e3b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7470e3b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Connected Leading activities \u2013 developed in the period 2018-2021 \u2013 focus on leadership development, personal leadership and team development.<\/p><h4>Social safety and well-being<\/h4><p>In 2023, Tilburg University will structurally embed the Connected Leading philosophy through the development of a leadership programme in which, in addition to the elements of Connected Leading, themes such as recognition &amp; rewards, social safety and well-being will be given a central place. Leadership development is essential to achieving our objectives in these areas. Three-quarters or more (between 75%-88%) of respondents indicated that participation has led to a greater awareness of the importance of the individual Connected Leading behaviours.
